PLEASE FOLLOW OUR TWO GOLDEN RULES:

1. Respect the Home – Please take care of the property as you would your own.

2. Respect the Neighbors – Maintain a respectable noise level at all times, especially during quiet hours between 10pm-9am

OCCUPANCY:
If you have additional unapproved guests, your reservation is at risk of being canceled with no refund. The amount of guests you book for is the max # allowed amount at the property. Please be aware of the # of guests you enter while booking! If you plan to hire a third party, or the number of guests change, just let us know in advance please.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 9:00am per city noise ordinance. This means no outside noise between these hours, please take it inside. If the police are called, guests will be responsible for the fine (up to $2500).

SECURITY:
Security Cameras:
For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have exterior security cameras located in the following areas:

• Video doorbell at front door, front facing security cameras and backyard facing security cameras.
• No cameras are placed inside the home or in any private areas.

We understand that this can be off putting to some people, but please understand that we do it for the safety & security of the guest and the home, the same reason that hotels have them.

Noise Decibel Monitor:
This property is equipped with a privacy-compliant noise decibel monitor (e.g., Minut, NoiseAware).

• It does not record conversations or audio, only noise levels.
• It helps us ensure a peaceful environment for guests and neighbors.
• Alerts are triggered if noise exceeds a reasonable level.

By booking this property, you acknowledge and agree to the presence of these security and monitoring devices in the disclosed locations.

VENDORS:
ALL outside vendors must be approved by host prior to ensure we are in compliance with the city and not violating the additional guest rules.

EARLY CHECK IN / LUGGAGE DROP OFF?
We try our best to accommodate an early check in. We use the time between guests to thoroughly clean and perform any maintenance tasks so it is perfect for you! Please arrange for an early check in in advance by messaging us (early check in fee may apply)

LATE CHECK OUT?
Our home is in high demand and we often have back to back reservations. Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest.
Late check-outs may be pre-arranged (late check out fee may apply), however you must do this well in advance. Please do not ask for a late check out during your stay. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule and cannot be rescheduled.

DECORATIONS:
NO Decorating on walls that have wallpaper, murals, etc. This will damage the wall and guests are responsbile. (TIP- Hire decorating service instead, they know what works)

Absolutely no tape, sticky/adhesive dots or decor with adhesive strips allowed (this removes the wall paint, wallpaper, etc. and you will be charged for repair! Please reach out to us if you'd like to have the home decorated...( Scottsdale Bachelorette does a great job!)

NO confetti or glitter inside or outside, that includes confetti balloons. If used, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

No decorations on the front of the house. Decor should not be visible from the street, keep decor inside. 

No decor outside - The hot temps in Arizona will melt the tape and damage walls. 

MUSIC & SPEAKERS:
We provide a bluetooth speaker to play music. The TV outside has the Spotify app to play music as well. The music level outside should never be loud enough to carry over the perimeter walls. PLEASE RESPECT THE NEIGHBORS, please no loud music - this is a residential neighborhood.

IS THE POOL HEATED?
There is a pool heater, Heat is available for an added fee, $75 per night, 2 night minimum is required and must be paid for in advance. Please request pool heat at least 2-3 days prior to check in so we can properly heat the pool.

DO YOU PROVIDE TOWELS?
Yes, we provide bath and pool towels!

DO YOU HAVE POOL FLOATS?
Yes! We have a selection of pool floats and an air pump to inflate your own.
