The Club House - Old Town Scottsdale

Welcome to the Club House, located centrally in Old Town Scottsdale! A brand new, FULLY loaded home with everything you'll want and more. Endless amenities include a heated pool, giant-sized pong, a fire pit, yoga, volleyball, corn hole, and a photobooth room + a polaroid to capture all the good times. Just a 12 min drive from the airport, and minutes away from all the hot spots in Old Town Scottsdale including top restaurants, shopping, and bars!

Brought to you by the creators of SplashHouse, THIS is not just any vacation rental but an experience. We took all the feedback from past guests and included everything plus lots more. The home has an open layout and is designed for entertaining. Knowing that our guests spend most of their time in the backyard, we went all out to top everything else out there. We also made sure to FULLY stock the house with anything you may need, you literally only need to bring your toothbrush. Each room is highlighted below to help you visualize the space. *We provide a Queen Air Mattress with Built-in Pump that fully inflates in under 4 minutes. This tall, queen-sized bed promises strength, durability, and comfort all night long (sleeps 2)

Guests have access to the entire house as well as the backyard during their stay. Guests access the home using their custom door code, which is provided 24 hours prior to check-in.

PARKING: 4 vehicles max allowed at any time

• 2 vehicles can be parked in the driveway

• 2 vehicles can be parked along the street in front of our home

Uber and Lyft arrive within 3-8 minutes of placing a request for a ride.

Old Town is a short 5 minute Uber/Lyft ride!

We are local and always available if guests need anything at all! We encourage guests to contact us for questions, recommendations or feedback!

This home is situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood close to all the hot spots people love. You are just 5 minutes away from Old Town Scottsdale, restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Catch the beautiful Arizona sunsets from the backyard set behind Saguaro cacti and palm trees!

Getting around town is easy and just a 5 min Uber/Lyft! Or opt for one of our local partners and get a shuttle!

FAQ & RULES:

OCCUPANCY:

If you have additional unapproved guests, your reservation will be automatically canceled with no refund. The amount of guests you book for is the allowed amount at the property. Please be sure to update the # of guests while booking as Airbnb auto-populates guest count to 1 person.

SECURITY:

We have exterior cameras pointing at all exterior entry points as well as the pool for guest and host security. There is an exterior doorbell camera located at the front entrance that records upon motion. These are in place for your safety and protection! Do not touch, cover or tamper with the cameras. Doing so will result in immediate eviction of all guests w/ no refund for unused nights. There are NO cameras inside the home.

VENDORS:

Outside vendors must be approved by host to ensure we are in compliance with the city and not violating the additional guest rules.

Approved Vendors:

Decorating services, private chefs, mobile IV therapy, mobile massage, yoga instructors, photographers, hair & makeup artists.

*Cabana/Pool Boys require prior approval by host

Unapproved Vendors:

DJs, strippers and bounce houses

CHILDREN & INFANTS:

This home is NOT suitable for children & infants

QUIET HOURS:

Quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 9:00am per Scottsdale noise ordinance. If the police are called, guests will be responsible for the fine (up to $2500)

EARLY CHECK IN / LUGGAGE DROP OFF?

We try our best to accommodate an early check in. We use the time between guests to thoroughly clean and perform any maintenance tasks so it is perfect for you! Please arrange for an early check in in advance by messaging us (early check in fee may apply)

LATE CHECK OUT?

Our home is in high demand and we often have back to back reservations. Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest.

Late check-outs may be pre-arranged (late check out fee may apply), however you must do this well in advance. Please do not ask for a late check out during your stay. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule and cannot be rescheduled.

MUSIC & SPEAKERS:

We provide an bluetooth speaker to play music. The music level outside should never be loud enough to carry over the perimeter walls.

IS THE POOL HEATED?

Yes! This is available for an added fee, $75 per night and must be heated your entire stay (exceptions for longer stays) Pool heat must be paid for in advance. Please request pool heat at least 2-3 days prior to check in as it can take up to 24 hours to fully heat.

DO YOU PROVIDE TOWELS?

Yes, we provide bath and pool towels!

DO YOU HAVE POOL FLOATS?

Yes! We have a selection of pool floats and an air pump to inflate your own.

DISCOUNTS:

We do not offer any discounts.

DECORATIONS:

Absolutely no sticky/adhesive dots or decor with adhesive strips allowed (this removes the wall paint! And you will be charged for repair)

NO confetti or glitter inside or outside, that includes confetti balloons. If used, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

PETS?

No pets allowed.

This is a non-smoking property. There is no smoking allowed inside or anywhere on the premises.
