Welcome to the ultimate pink paradise! 3 minutes from all the action in Old Town Scottsdale, this spacious girls’ getaway is made for bachelorettes, birthdays and unforgettable weekends. Relax by the pool, challenge your crew to pool or ping pong, battle it out in the arcade, and snap pics in our many photo-worthy spaces. With 3 bathrooms, cozy beds, and amenities galore, the house is stocked with everything you could need just bring your toothbrush, your besties and your favorite playlist. 

Spacious home in a safe, quiet, residential neighborhood.
Open concept living, kitchen and dining with large windows and access to the backyard.
There are 4 bedrooms (two king suites) and 3 full bathrooms.

Bathroom 1: Attached to Bedroom 1 with walk in shower. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash & hair dryer provided for guests!

Bathroom 3: Guest bath with double sinks and bath tub/shower. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash & hair dryer provided for guests!

IMPORTANT DETAILS TO KNOW

OCCUPANCY:
Max guest count is 10 people.
The number of guests on your reservation is what is allowed at the home at any time - whether overnight or during the day. If you have any unapproved guests, your reservation is at risk of cancellation and/or additional charges. Please be aware of the # of guests you enter while booking, if your guest count changes at any time, please just let us know or update your reservation. This also helps us prepare for your reservation and ensure there is enough supplies (towels, toilet paper, etc) for your stay.
Because our home is stocked and prepared based on the number of guests in your reservation. Additional guest fees may apply for guests beyond the base count, up to the maximum allowed occupancy (10 Guests).

SECURITY:
There is an exterior doorbell camera located at the front entrance that records upon motion. This is in place for your safety and protection! Do not touch, cover or tamper with the camera. Doing so may result in immediate eviction of all guests w/ no refund for unused nights. There are NO cameras inside the home.

VENDORS:
Outside vendors must be approved by host to ensure we are in compliance with the city and not violating the additional guest rules.

Approved Vendors:
Decorating services, Cabana Boys, private chefs, mobile IV therapy, mobile massage, yoga instructors, photographers, hair & makeup artists.

Unapproved Vendors:
DJs, strippers and bounce houses


QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 9:00am per Scottsdale noise ordinance. If the police are called, guests will be responsible for the fine (up to $2500)


EARLY CHECK IN?
We try our best to accommodate an early check in. We use the time between guests to thoroughly clean and perform any maintenance tasks so it is perfect for you! Please arrange for an early check in in advance by messaging us (early check in fee may apply)

LATE CHECK OUT?
Our home is in high demand and we often have back to back reservations. Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest.
Late check-outs may be pre-arranged (late check out fee may apply), however you must do this well in advance. Please do not ask for a late check out during your stay. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule and cannot be rescheduled.


MUSIC & SPEAKERS:
We provide a bluetooth speaker. The music level outside should never be loud enough to carry over the perimeter walls.

IS THE POOL HEATED?
Yes, pool heat is offered between the months of October-May. This is available for an added fee, $75 per night and must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Please request pool heat at least 2-3 days prior to check in. Payment is due prior to check in - we do not heat the pool until payment is received.

DO YOU PROVIDE TOWELS?
Yes, we provide bath and pool towels!

DECORATIONS:
Absolutely no sticky/adhesive dots or decor with adhesive strips allowed (this removes the wall paint! And you will be charged for repair)
NO confetti or glitter inside or outside, that includes confetti balloons. If used, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

PETS?
No pets allowed

This is a non-smoking home.
