DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF NEIGHBORING HOMES.

This location is PERFECT for anyone seeking an active lifestyle in a laid-back suburban setting, it also attracts trendy young professionals seeking a vibrant food and drink scene. The streets of Arcadia Lite are abuzz with fresh local hangouts and upscale dining, as well as plenty of parks with hiking and biking trails for the outdoor enthusiast.

Uber/Lyft is available and pick up is typically within 5 minutes of requesting a ride. There are a number of restaurants, coffee shops, bars within walking distance of the house as well.

Parking is available under the private carport, in the driveway or along the street in front of the house.

FAQ & RULES:

OCCUPANCY:

If you have additional unapproved guests, your reservation will be automatically canceled with no refund. The amount of guests you book for is the allowed amount at the property. Please be sure to update the # of guests while booking as Airbnb auto-populates guest count to 1 person.

SECURITY:

We have exterior cameras near the carport overlooking the front of the house and another in the back overlooking the backyard & pool for guest and host security. There is an exterior doorbell camera located at the front entrance that records upon motion. These are in place for your safety and protection! Do not touch, cover or tamper with the cameras. Doing so will result in immediate eviction of all guests w/ no refund for unused nights. There are NO cameras inside the home.

VENDORS:

Outside vendors must be approved by host to ensure we are in compliance with the city and not violating the additional guest rules.

Approved Vendors:

Decorating services, private chefs, mobile IV therapy, mobile massage, yoga instructors, photographers, hair & makeup artists.

Unapproved Vendors:

DJs, Cabana/Pool Boys, strippers and bounce houses

QUIET HOURS:

Quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 9:00am per city noise ordinance. If the police are called, guests will be responsible for the fine (up to $2500)

EARLY CHECK IN / LUGGAGE DROP OFF?

We try our best to accommodate an early check in. We use the time between guests to thoroughly clean and perform any maintenance tasks so it is perfect for you! Please arrange for an early check in in advance by messaging us (early check in fee may apply)

LATE CHECK OUT?

Our home is in high demand and we often have back to back reservations. Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest.

Late check-outs may be pre-arranged (late check out fee may apply), however you must do this well in advance. Please do not ask for a late check out during your stay. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule and cannot be rescheduled.

MUSIC & SPEAKERS:

We provide a bluetooth speaker to play music. The music level outside should never be loud enough to carry over the perimeter walls.

IS THE POOL HEATED?

DO YOU PROVIDE TOWELS?

Yes, we provide bath and pool towels!

DO YOU HAVE POOL FLOATS?

Yes! We have a selection of pool floats and an air pump to inflate your own.

DISCOUNTS:

We do not offer any discounts.

DECORATIONS:

Absolutely no sticky/adhesive dots or decor with adhesive strips allowed (this removes the wall paint! And you will be charged for repair)

Do not stick or hang anything to accent/wallpapered walls.

NO confetti or glitter inside or outside, that includes confetti balloons. If used, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

PETS?

Only upon prior approval. When inquiring, please let us know the breed and size of your pet. When booking, sure to include your pets in the reservation. A pet fee will apply.

This is a non-smoking property. There is no smoking allowed inside or anywhere on the premises.
